Meet the Team: Laila

Meet our VP of Public Relations, Laila Dar. Laila is a storyteller, go-getter, and bonafide shoe addict.

Laila is leading NIXcreative’s new PR arm of the agency, where she develops public relations and influencer marketing strategies for our clients. She has extensive experience in digital PR, media relations, and agency experience where she secured client features in top-tier publications -- including Forbes, The New York Times, Teen Vogue, and many more. Her true passion in life is to help emerging brands, talented creators and women-led startups share their stories and unique voices with the world. She loves helping women entrepreneurs get the recognition they deserve — especially her fellow women of color! 

When she’s not busy working on communications strategies, you can find Laila wandering around the Dallas Museum of Art, online shopping (more shoes, please!), or chowing down at Dallas Grilled Cheese Company.
